No spark
its a matter of elimination: check your spark plug/ignition coil wires for any fraying or shorting out and continuity on all of the wires. I'm assuming the spark plugs were replaced

Can i do this?.
Things to consider/ways to do this.
IF the fork tubes (the upper tubes that fit through the holes in the triple clamp) are the same diameter, then it's a simple swap-out.
If not, and you want to use the Harley triple clamp, then it's an issue as to IF the neck diameter AND length is the same.
Stuck valve
It is not unusual for the left side exhaust to be hotter. It hooks to the rear cylinder that has the least air flow and consistently runs hotter. If the back pressure draws a dollar bill in when placed at the end of the pipe, this is typically caused by improperly closing valves.
Sometimes when I cut my motorcycle off it
Check your fuel cutoff solenoid, if your motorcycle has one. The role of the cutoff solenoid is to prevent fuel from entering the cylinders and igniting (backfiring) after you've shut it off.
What is an inlet manifold
This is the part of the engine where the fuel/air mix is supplied to the combustion chambers. In a fuel injected engine, it only supplies air.
I spun my throttle all the way around trying to
may be your throttle assembly has moved round a bitand has snagged the throttle cableyou sometimes also have a throttle cable adjuster somewhere along the cable the outer housing may have come out of its location
Won't Idle at stop signs.
could be as simple as idle speed adjustment. screw located on r/h side near rear carb. almost directly behind ignition switch but on opposite side of bike. If bike has had a history of sitting up however it may need a proper carb/ fuel system cleaning and synchronization to perform correctly.
I HAVE NI LIGHTS UNLESS I HAVE BATTERY CHARGER HOOKED UP
Right if you can start the bike once you have charged the battery this is how to test rectifier without paying if its faulty it will give the bike to much voltage and will pop the bulbs if it don't do that it will go the other way n your break light or even just normal rear light will flicker wen idling as all the rectifier does is gives you a consistent voltage feed of example say 48 volts and it shouldn't drop any lower. If you can't get lights at all without being on charge your rectifier is definatley knackered as that shows it isn't sending any power/voltage to your lights as there ay nothing else that your lights would work off except the stator/generator you may have worn bushes the copper rolls round the stator or even a bad connection try that is ok its defo rectifier
I have a 1993 suzuki intruder 1400 clutches are
Tou will need to renove the cover and while acutating the clutch (either have another person squeeze it or tie it down with a bungee) pry the plates apart with a screwdriver or other suitable instrument. The plates have become stuck as a result of the sitting. Sometimes you can free them bu 'bump starting' with the ignition off in 1st gear with the clutch squeezed in.
I just bought a new battery for my suzuki intruder and still have no lights or anything when i turn the key on
Have you checked all the major gounds, including the battery ground cable? Also, use a test light, and see if voltage is going to the other wires on the ignition switch when you turn it on. You should have one wire that is 12v all the time, and when switching the key to the run position,it should have 12v on 3 wires. If i had to make and educated guess,id say your ignition switch is bad,...but be sure that you check ALL of your fuses, and main grounds first.Good Luck!
