Suzuki gsxr 750 does not start sparks batt ok,

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, perform below tests:
  • remove all the plugs and spray starting fluid (or fuel) on all cylinders. Return the plugs and try again. If it fires even just a few times, then fuel is not entering the combustion chamber;
  • loosen/remove the drain screw at the bottom of the bowls. Check for the presence of fuel (and also determine if there are sediments, rust or foreign matter). If there is no or little fuel, then fuel is not entering the carbs;
  • if your fuel control/valve has provision, turn it to PRI. With the drain plugs still loosened or removed, fuel should flow out of the drain hoses (pls ensure that it is properly channel to a catch/holder and ensure other safe condition/practice).
At this point, you may want to check fuel delivery from the tank down to the carbs.

Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

Oil Pressure line connection to engine

The oil-pressure swith is placed in the ignition sender cover on the right side of the engine. There is not a lot of place here, but there should be enough to change the pressure swith for a gage sensor.

On my gsxr 750 l (1990) when doing about 30

Check the color of the spark plugs.
If they are totally clean, your mixture is a little to lean.
To richen the mixture at the half-way trottle, raise the fuel level in the carbs.
At closed or less than 1/4 open trottle, set with the mixture idle screws.
Check also the rubbers between carbs and cilinder head. They must be 200% air-tight!

I just resprayed my gsxr

If ur problem is that the bike is not getting any kind of sputter or fire when you turn it over then 2 things...
1st is easier, alot of bikes even when their battery shows its ok, it may not be you can tell by hooking up a booster (a jump) when starting and this can be a major problem with a little fix
2nd suggestion which I have had to do on many bikes (which Is why I suggest the easier of the two first) can be a real pain in the ****, you have to pull your tank if it does have a fuel pump this is where you will find it, if there is one you will have to pull it apart very carefully and clean it with an air hose to get all of the grime out and then carefully put it all back together...also you should go ahead and get some carburator cleaner and flush out the fuel lines, fuel filter, and then the carburators...
...if indeed you have a problem with the fuel this should fix it...sounds to me like u may have a slight problem with both

90 gsxr 750 wont start, Exhaust seals?

the exhaust gaskets really should have nothing to do with whether your engine will not start. However I assume that by not starting it is turning over smoothly like it should when you try to start, having covered that most motors will not start because no fuel, no spark, or no air not withstanding some major mechanical failure in the valve train or timing or piston, cranks et al..
Trying checking for the obvious first fuel, spark, air flow. then go from there hope this helps

Backfire

Yes, it could (and probably is) be an air leak. Check to be sure the carb is tight in the intake manifold, and make sure the hot-start isn't loose and is sealing properly. Also make sure all of the exhaust system joints are tight, an air leak in the exhaust will make a four-stroke pop and backfire like an old work truck with no muffler...

Gsxr power problem

It lugs around and for me at about 6k it felt like a powerband and my bike kicked me and took off like a bat out of hell (I love that analogy). Anyways it was my plugs. How many miles are on the bike? My bike only has 5k miles and the plugs were pretty fouled. Runs like a top now. It stated being sluggish down low, a week later it was worse and would almost stall on me. I changed the plugs the day it stalled on me and no more problems. Best $18 I ever spent on a bike, sadly it was to just get it to run right. Best of luck!

I've got a suzuki GSX-R750.

Hello logan...the FI light is a generic light that indicates and fault in the injection system has been detected by one or more of the systems sensors. A sensor has detected a malfunction and has sent an error message to the engine controller. The engine controller turns the light on, To determine what exactly triggered the light, the bike will have to be be scan with dealer scanner and software to retrive codes. Normally the problem is electrical that causes the ECM to missfire or starve the injectors of fuel...that is why your bike has a "loss of power" ...In your case, i would bet it's something to do with the temp sensor.
There is a way to retrive the codes yourself by manually putting your bike in "dealer mode" ..If you feel confident and wish to do this procedure, let me know and i will give you the steps, the codes, and what the codes mean. Otherwise, you need a technician to scan it. I hope this helps.

My 2003 gsxr750 headlights are

Hi and welcome to the site,

On either lo or hi, the reading should be +12 on both ends of the fuse. Check / trace the white/yellow wire from fuse holder to connector. Clean terminals and test voltage, should also be +12. If reading still low, follow other side of connector, wire would now be yellow/white. Check/trace to the start button switch. There is a hidden headlight switch inside that turns off the headlight when pressing on the start button switch. Might need cleaning with WD40.

Good luck and thank you for asking.

2002 suzuki sat up for two years can't get it to start

Ok then if it's a carburated engine you'll need to open the fuel filter and carburator itself and clean them up, as you know fuel evaporates by passage of time and they leave little hard particles that can clog fuel filer and/or carburator, you can open and wash them with gasoline, at the mean time it's a good idea to change spark plugs first hand, it might solve the problem. Hope it helps and please don't forget to rate the answer it helps me, thanks!

Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?

What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap? Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.
