Had bike in for front tire, road it home an saw
There is no reason the shop would have touched this nut to change a tyre, so it may be coincidence it had rattled loose.unless they did other work like head bearing adjustment
It may help to loosen the top triple clamp pinch bolts.
Check the steering head bearings for play, as the lock nut may have loosened as well.
cant help with exact torque, but tighten it fairly well with out going crazy on it
