Why no spark?

First - replace all spark plugs with factory recommended. Check the kill switch, If you have had the tank off... check under there for a wire/plug you knocked loose. Then take it to a professional

Where is the fuel line on a Vulcan 500 2006 to drain the tank

The fuel on/ reserve adjustment (fuel petcock) is on the bottom left side of the tank opposite the key switch and near the choke. The fuel line extends from that and will drain the tank if you remove it. You will likely want to remove the tank if you plan to drain a lot of fuel. That will make it a little less messy

I have a 2007 kawasaki en500. There's a noise

The front bolt that attaches it to the gas tank seems to be loose. The speedometer is held into the panel mounted to the fuel tank by two small screws.Check those screws. ----------- Also remove the speedo out and see if there is noise.Or press the left and right corners of your speedo with hand and see if noise is still there.---------- Also it can be gas cap making noise.See if the gas cap is got loose or not fitted properly, so its making noise.----------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

I have a 1993 vulcan that needs new tires. I have

Easy as pie. Put bike on center stand or use swingarm stand. Remove nut from rear axle. Remove pinch bolt from rear axle, and pull axle out. Take spacer from between frame and rear brake. Remove brake strut, and brake caliper. Pull wheel out of final drive, and lower to floor. You might have to let the air out of the tire to get it out from between the final drive and swingarm. After changing the rear tire inflate it to seat the bead, deflate to get back in place, then reinflate. Put some grease on the splines in the final drive before reinstalling the wheel, this will make it easier for the next change.

Engine guard

Try the web. Google " motorcycle salvage kawasaki ".
Chances are you will find it there.

Worst case is you have a welding shop make one to fit then have a chrome shop finish it for use.

Please rate this solution. Thanks!

Cannot locate 2screws to adj carbs on 1991

You must first drill out the covers to reach these. There is one on each float bowel. Suggest reading the HOW-TO wiki on the site www.ex-500.com. These should not normally need to be adjusted.

Why do I get so much oil from air cleaner on Kawasaki Vulcan 500?

Crankcase breather hose most likely. Excess pressure due to engine wear blows oil vapor into air box. Do not overfill with oil. But may just be due to wear
