I have a 02 kawaski meanstreak. i am getin oil in

Without being able to inspect the engine personally it sounds to me that you have a blown headgasket. The oil preasure is higher than the coolant preasure and therefore you have the oil in the coolant. Be careful as the oil will clog the radiater which will lead to overheating. I suggest you attend to it immediatly. Good luck and let me know the outcome. Regards Jacques.

My 2002 kawasaki mean streak dont stay on unless i leave the starting switch press down

Check the start solenoid and the ignition switch. You can not use your start motor to run the motorcycle ... of course, you knew that already. If you are new to motorcycling and this is your first motorcyce, I suggest you have a shop go over the bike and make sure all is well with your machine. Nothing so embarassing nor as inconvenient as being broke down on the road and having to push your ride! Have them locate the owners manual and the tool kit. Ask them how to find the battery and fuses.

What does the fl light on the gauges mean?

It is something to do with your Fuel Injection. You get the same warning with cars. My mechanic just put in some FI Cleaner, and in a few days, the light went off. Kind of weird, but it worked...Maybe that will work for a motorcycle?

How to change fork seals

Having removed the forks, you will need to undo the lower damper bolt first, this is located on the recess inside the fork where. The spindle goes through, this will then alow you to remove the oil from the fork, and the leg will then be free from the stancion moving freely down, if the fork doesnot come apart, you will have to remove the retaining clip from the seal and pull the fork apart sliding the fork leg up the stancion and sharply pulling down on it to pull the seal out, repeat this till theseal comes out, (tip) undo the fork top nut while the forks are still fitted to the bike.

I need to learn how

To adjust the shocks, fill them one pound per ten pounds of rider, so twenty pounds for a two hundred pound rider and you did it right. Don't use a compressor when refilling, instead use a hand pump. 71 PSI is the max for the rear shocks, click on the links below to rear more:

Hi can you just try something for me leave the fuel filler cap off and then start the bike and see if it will run properly if it does then this means your breather is blocked now this could be the cap itself or you may have seperate breather but well discuss more when we narrow it down a bit, if it makes no difference then the chances are you have a blocked fuel filter.

Where is the bleeder screw for the clutch on

The clutch slave cylinder is behind the left engine cover. Very simple job to remove. Remove foot peg and shifter and a few bolts and cover comes off. Also no oil will leak out of this cover.
