How to remove the fork oil for kawasaki kmx 125

you cannot remove the oil ,these units are sealed for life and never need changing ,to remove the unit to fit new seals where available you remove the fork then put it in the vice and use a allen key down the middle to seperate the unit ,this is not for the novice as its quite complicated and requires a long 1/4 drive extension with the appropiate allen key socket on the end hence the vice to hold it still .You should not need to change the oil ever in this sort of unit

Kawasaki KMX 125 losing power

hi man,
I had a similar problem, so maybe I can help you. it can be connected with air filter. under your seat there should be some kind of cover on the air filter. just remove it. I've noticed this problem when I unrestricted my KMX 125. the hole on the cover on the air filter is too small.

Kawasaki kmx125 lights go dim when revving engine. work fine on i

I had the same issue, and it after lots of testing and measuring, found out it was only that 'earth' wire that you have at the bottom left part of the engine, coming out from the left engine cover. You will find it easily, it's a standalone wire, mine had its sleeve too dry, might have been why it was not well connected. It also had a mix of sand and oil in it, so no wonder the lights would dim out. The wire plugs into some sort of a screw, you really can't miss it :) Even the old, worn sounding Yuasa battery got back to perfect function, only added distilled water to it and let it run fro some time. Cheers:)

1988 Kmx 125`hits short flatspot /stutter at 8000 revs

You changed the back pressure in the exhaust and that is what causing your problem either put the washer back in or have the carb properly jetted Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/sean_54c3a3dc48a7773c

My kmx is losing power it's like hesitating

So adjust for some throttle play at the adjuster nut at the top of the carb.. Remove and clean the carb. Move the clip on the jet needle down one notch. This should take care of the problem.
Best wishes.
