1991 Kawasaki ZXR 750 needle jet clip position
The clip position should not effect the engine running/idling. If these are replacement carbs?, they might be way too lean. I would take the carbs to a professional who can totally disassemble them, then clean and set them!! Were the valves recently adjusted? If yes, the intake valves are probably too tight,,, this will cause high/runaway idle.

you should be able to contact a dealership with the vin and proof of ownership to get a key code.

I
ultrasonic cleaning is only as good as the cleaner it's in, it might loosed the dirt, varnish or sediment but it's still there floating in the solution. Not only that if the solution has been used repeatedly then you will possibly get dirt from someone else problem deposited in yours. Ultrasonic cleaning may be a good thing but the carb still needs to be washed and rinsed in clean fluids.
Another thing did they strip the carb down to do this if not then they dislodged the partial but it's still trapped in the float chamber.
Further by not running smoothly through the rev's it sounds as if you have a fuel starve through out the range which could be improperly adjusted float heights.
I use to hate chasing these problems but solving the problem before it starts is the best way and that can be done with fuel stabilizer in the tank run the engine for a while and then run it dry of gas.

Hello first things first are your fork tubes inner scratched or dented?
If not take it to a motorcycle mechanic and have them inspected let the mechanic install a new set if finds there are no damage to the inner fork tubes or dee scratches to the outer fork tubes inner sealing area some times people use a screw driver to pry out the old seal and do not pay attention that they gouged a grove on the inner part sealing area.

try a new flasher can, if you remove it and jump the two wires together, the indicators should come on but not flash when you move the lever, check the fuse as well, though youve probably done that

it pays back money, ever time it is used so is FREE.
Kawasaki zxr 750 Bad Coils or CDI??
Rarely will both coils fail. Try disconnecting blk wire with yellow stripe from cdi. Check fire again, if fire is good you !likely have a bad ign switch. If there is still no fire, you will need to test trigger, stater. Also remember the can position senor. Test denser to specs. If cambsenser can't tell cdi where number 1 piston is, there will be no fire. Let me know how it works out for you.
