You have either blown a fuse or have battery problems. Check you fuses first. If OK then clean your battery terminals and make sure it is properly charged. After that if it still doesnt work, then take it to an auto-electrician to have your electrics diagnosed (generally a freebie). From his results you will be able to make an informed decision as to what steps to take next. But I do not think you will get that far. Having a repair manual is a help. Google for one, there are plenty for sale and if you scrounge around a bit you should find a freebie.

Try jiggling the handle bars as you turn the key to relieve the pressure off the ignition lock. The kawasaki's have one position past the off "Lock" position that is called the "Acc" this will leave your brake light on. So the key switch goes "Acc", "Lock", "On". Make sure your key is in the Lock position and not the Accesory position

I expect you will find that once you have removed the debris from the jets in the carburettor and replaced any corroded bits, it will work nicely again.

In Asian versions, that would be underneath the carb, in-front of the float bowl hidden under a metal plug that must be drilled out. Reference below diagram. The pilot (air idle mix) screw is 16014 while the plug is 92066.

Remove battery and get it charged the tested..More likely its failed. when engine is running check battery voltage it should be 12.8 to 14.2 volts with good battery

You have an air bubble in the engine. Flush the system slowly using a can of antifreeze mixture pouring it in slowly from the expansion tank and allow it to drain slowly through the drain tap at the bottom of the system. It will take a while to clear!
