Push brake down crack the bleeder let it spit into something with brake down still close the bleeder. Make sure the reservoir is full when doing this. It only took me 5 tries and I was done. If you pump multiple times then crack the bleeder it will take you all day.
Its getting dam near impossible to kick start, it
Could be low compression due to head gasket leak, worn piston rings. Or bad spark due to dirty plug, wrong gap, plug breaking down, lead or cap breaking down, ignition fault. Choked air filter, fuel filter.
Try these in easiest order I.E. remove air filter and see if it starts easier, do a compression test, cahnge plug, lead cap. Check the fuel filter.
I am sure it's a simple solution.(high milage engines tend to be difficult to start so take this into account)
How do install a battery in a dirty bike
Clean it first with soap and water. Spray it with a hose to knock off any buildup of mud. That way it will be a clean bike instead of a dirty bike. Locate the battery and remove any fenders/plastics that keep you from having room to remove it. Keep track of everything you remove and where it goes. A magnetic pan is helpful for holding any nuts/bolts so you dont lose them. There may be a cover or strap that holds the battery in place.Remove it. Using a screwdriver ( a phillips head or a flat head depending on the bolt), disconnect the cables from the battery. The ground wire (the wire that runs to the frame and is connected to the battery terminal labeled "-") first. Disconect the hot wire ( the wire connected to the positive terminal on the battery labeled "+") next. Keep track of which wire is which. Remove the old battery and put the new battery in its place. Your new battery should be prepared/mixed beforehand. Connect the wires to the battery (the hot wire first) and secure it in place with whatever device that held the old one in place ( the strap or cover you may have removed). Replace all your fenders and you're done. Try to clean your bike consistently. No one likes a dirty bike. Hope this helps! Dont get hurt and wear proper safety attire. Handle batteries with caution and dispose of them properly. I am not responsible for any injuries you cause to yourself ( which i suspect you are susceptible to because you cant replace a battery).
