You will need to clean the complete fuel system to include the carb. After time the fuel turns to varnish and will plug up the jets in the carb. Remove the carb and clean it throughly that should fix your problem.

I'm assuming that you have verified the bulbs, they are small and very sensitive to voltage variations so they might have been burned during a power fluctuation caused by a bump in the road.
Since they use separate bulbs on separate circuits it means that the fault is a bad contact that can only be in their common parts: either at the distribution connector(the one attached to the fuse box) or at the grounding . Use a voltmeter and find out if the socket of the bulbs receives power: if it does then it's the grounding, if it doesn't it's the connector . If it's the latter you will have to check all the wiring from there and every connector tab.

You should change spark plugs. If you you have after market pipes you need to have it rejeted or the problem will continue.
Replaced the radiator, mistakenly filled
I do not quite understand you question. Filling the coolant tank and radiator would appear to be the normal procedure for filling a coolant system. If the engine will now not turn over, one of the following is possible, the battery is not connected or connected properly, A wire has been dislodged in the starting circuit, The battery has run down completely during the time it has been standing. If the engine will not turn over by any means, one or more cylinders has filled up with some fluid and is hydraulically locked.
First remove all the spark plugs and try turn the engine over - look for fluid coming out of the plug holes. If the engine turns over freely, check the battery and all its terminals and cables, and switches that they are making contact. Charge the battery or try another battery. If coolant inadvertently got into the cylinders, you will have to flush the engine with flushing oil and renew the oil.
WhitI turn the key off
Your ignition switch may be having issues (A dirty or shorting ignition contact base). The contact base can be replaced or taken apart and cleaned on most Honda ignitions (your ignition switch is replacement only). If your have a short in your starter solenoid, you could be powering the motorcycle from there. Try starting the motor cycle and unplugging the the starter solenoid activation wires from the harness, then turn the ignition off and see if the lights stay on and the motor keeps running then. The most common reason for some one to experience the run on issues you describe is crossed wires in the harness. Honda wire harnesses are color coded which makes this easy to check. If some one was working in the headlight bucket where all the harness connections are made it is quite possible that some wires were plugged in the wrong connectors. Look over all connections carefully the fix could be as easy as switching two wire connections.
