Check the fuses. If they look ok check the main fuse that can be trickier to find. Follow the positive wire from the battery (red one) to the main fuse (#30) and check it. The battery cells could also be shot. If thats the case try a new battery.

Does it have an after market exhaust? what year is the bike is the 2003 not fuel injected not jets & carbs? is the air filter clean and the plugs good? bad service = bad mileage

You should hear the pump working when the ignition is turn on will tell you the electics are working, for fuel flow you will need a plastic large cup or beaker to catch fuel pull a rubber glove over the beaker and cut a finger off to insert the fuel line, lift the tank you will see 2 hoses and the wiring coming from the pump the rubber hose is the return the banjo is the feed remove the banjo from the fuel rail and fit through the glove finger you cut eariler. Turn the key ( with the kill swith on) and when the pump primes you should see steady flow of fuel to the beaker.If you cant hear the pump work when the the ignition is first turned on remove the pump wiring coupler and put your feed in beaker as before.You will need a 12v battery & 2 wires 2ft with 2 connectors fitted on one end of each wire, Connect one wire to + one to - on the battery, on the pump coupler you only need 2 wires the rest are for the fuel lights ect,

Could the bike have been hit before? If the pin did come out by itself, then it means something else might have caused it to come out. If the reservior isn't leaking, you could get it back in by adjusting the lever, or simply drain the reservior. When the pin is in, refill the reservior, and bleed the front brake. Then adjust the lever again.

coil could be bad or shorten to the frame

Vacuum line goes on the small valve fitting, fuel line on the large fitting. Use a clamp on the fuel line, vacuum usually doesn't need one.

Have you checked fuses?
