pull the clutch plates back out and reassemble in the correct order and sequence best get a workshop manual to see how to do it and how to adjust when finished

It gets clogged up very easily. get it cleaned out.

torqued to 20 ft-lbs. Torque in steps using a criss-cross pattern untill you get to 20 . good luck.....

Make sure all your fuel lines are snug on the petcock valve and carb.

20 - 21 ft/lbs

clean the carb and airfilter and put a thin film of oil all over it to catch dust etc !

does it have a spark ? remove plug , place in hand and crank , do you feel it tingle ? if not check cap is ok , remove it and put ht in hand and crank , any joy ? if not then check coil etc ! P...

check the ht wire ok , resistance on the plug cap not too much ! ignition coil wires etc ! place ht without cap or plug fitted against the head or in your hand if your brave and crank over to see if there is a spark ! ?? P...

was piston mated and messured to new liner ? can you compression test it ? 100 psi and above ONLY ! What 2 stroke mix , make did you use ? P...

remove old fuel , strip and clean carb ! new plug ! fuel goes off !! P...

anything below 100 psi is usless !! New piston and rings kit etc , check for wear and damage ! P...

remove airfilter , loosen airbox then undo both clips either side of carb , remove fuel pipe , tilt carb towards you so you can remove the cable and throttle slide and put to the side hanging ! press the rear tube between airbox and carb , soft , then pull carb out !! pictures or vidio as you start ! P...

strip engine and replace selector fork , check cogs for damage too ! P...

is the throttle slide stuck open ? remove filter and see it move , if ok then check the rubber between the carb and barrel for a split , could be crank seal behind the ignition plate ! getting extra air from somewhere ! P...

its a jigsaw puzzle , clear the bench and lay it out ! I'm taking it you stripped it , depends how far you went too so start with piston and barrel etc etc , then gear cases , crank , gearbox internals , sort all nuts and bolts and test where they go and put with that part ! wish i could be there to walk you through it coz its really easy if you follow this and then look up all torque settings etc, have fun !
