the inner tube or stansion is released by a allen head bolt, at the bottom of the fork leg ( outer housing)
If no bolt there , a spesial tool will be needed to insert into the fork. usually a long rod with a tapered square point or allen bit .this will get the bolt from the inside.

What level on the needle valve does it go on for a
I believe it's in the middle, or out of five, third one down.
The needle is for you jetting after the pilot (idle) and before the main. Run it steady at 1/3 throttle for 10 minutes, shut it right off, and look at the spark plug color. It needs to be chocolate colored. Too light, move the needle up (Clip down) or too dark, move the needle down. (Clip up)
You can set the pilot and main jet the same way, by running it at an idle, then 1/2 to 3/4 throttle for the main jet.
Note, a bad lag or bog is usually too rich on pilot jet, or even into a rich needle. (too high needle)

if the oil is grey and kind of like a milkshake, that means you have either water or coolant in the oil. if you didn't sink it or ride it through deep water, you possibly could have a blown head gasket or a bad crank seal in your motor allowing coolant to get in the crank. that could lead to the power loss and stalling of the bike. run a compression test first to see if your rings are bad. then a leakdown test to see which seal or gasket is bad.
How much trany oil do i put in it
use 10w-40 oil, 575 mm for oil change and 650 for rebuild... i heard that synthetic makes it slip so i would stay away from that
