the clutch is dragging then,i bet it also goes into neutral when the engine isnt running easily ? if it has a hydraulic clutch bleed it if its a cable clutch adjust it so there is 2 mm free play at the lever and if its still dragging it coukd either be a grooved clutch basket or warped clutch metal plates.

More likely a wire has shorted inside the tubing of the frame.

your problem is going to lie in the carbs. rebuild them and clean the jets. it will be like new after that.

you are having an issue that one or more of your battery cells is weak- maybe time to seek a replacement - have a shop check it to be sure.

the rings need to be correct and the torque-ing must be correct as well

getting a manual would be a good idea - fuses are under the right side cover or under your seat - usually very easy to tell a smoked one as its contacts inside are either broken/ burnt or gone
