What do you mean by "burnt"? A black sooty plug suggests the engine is running a too rich a fuel mixture.A blistered, dry plug suggests the engine is running too hot.There are many reasons for a burnt plug including engine overheating, wrong or loose fitting spark plugs, wrong fuel air mixture or even an old dirty air filter.I suggest you take it to a good mechanic so they can look at the bike to see what other engine areas could be causing the issue.

Likely a fouled carburetor or water in the fuel bowl. Try draining all the fuel, see instructions in manual.

Take a clean dry fuel container to the gas station and get 1 gallon of fresh fuel. Add 1 ounce of Seafoam fuel treatment. Measure don't guess. Poor entire gallon into generator.

Start generator. If same problem, then carburetor is fouled and will need cleaning. You could try running with the treated fuel and it may clear the fouling. Otherwise a more thorough cleaning will be necessay.

Sounds like it may have a fuel restriction. Check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Look for damaged fuel lines or a line that is close to an exhaust system. Possible a fuel pump going out. Does it do this when you are low on fuel and not when the tank is full? If so then the pump is overheating because the fuel is too low and not helping to cool the pump.

Should have 2 hole in bottom of master cylinder. Make sure holes are not plugged. i think it has some engine fault or engine oil level maybe low. you should check it properly and try to start it again.

Cycle salvage shops in ur state etc hav parts. Archway in stlouis is huge. U cud try takn that switch apart to solve or just hotwiring when u start it. Buy a clymer or haynes manual for totalbike rebuild

Has this vehicle been regulary serviced ? these syptoms could be a numbers of things, i would have the ignition system checked, and the fuel and air delivery as a starting point

Snug, not loose. Between 6 to 9 ft lbs. torque on the bolts. Higher torque will strip aluminum threads.
