Yes. It’s likely that the sprockets are worn. Putting a new chain non a worn pair of sprockets will make the chain wear out faster—and replacing the sprockets without replacing the chain will sear out the sprockets. Do them as a set.
did you doing the fuelpak settings yourself? go over the settings list and be sure you have the proper input values ie...stock or high flow air filter.... stcok headers or true duals and which style of V&H pipes you are using. If you don't have the sheets with the values go to the V&H website and you can enter your data there and download the proper settings hope that helps

some I have to jog the bike in gear key out ,clutch not touched.
