I have a 2005 Night Train FSXTBI and after the speedometer gets to 25 MPH the check engine light comes on, the security light comes on, and the speedometer back light goes out. Any suggestions?

Whineing noise

Check primary chain to see if it's too loose. If that's not the problem, check that the engine sprocket nut hasn't loosened.

Engine light on 2005 harley davidson night train

The engine light is letting you know somethimg is wrong and the bike has a code. If you have a code reader, you can access the harness thru the diagnostic plug. The dealer can also hook the bike up to Digital Technician to read the code. Or, you can access the code by using your turn signal switches and reading the code in the odometer. Instructions fgor this are in your owners manual.
