Why will my 2006 aprilia scarabeo not start?

Did you check for spark? Is there a choke and is it set? Does it crank? Is the carburetor delivering fuel to the engine? Is the fuel pump working? U need to check out these systems for your answer.

There is no fuel going

Yes , you must see the fuel going to the filter which goes to the system. So if there is a air lock or a block due to impurities then it is possible that the fuel may not flow. So remove the tubing and check the quality of fuel in the tank try and drain the fuel to confirm. Also check if the filter is clogged, if so replace the filter.

Sump oil drainage location 250 scarabeo aprilla

Hello,
I am not too familiar with your Machine?
However is there a drain screw on the clutch case/cover.
Is this engine 2 or 4 stroke?
If it is 2 stroke then NO oil drain plug only gearbox drain if geared. If twist and go then No maintenance required.
Have you tried Aprillia website for further info?
I hope this helps,
