Clutch sticking
I am assuming that the cable is adjusted properly. It should have +-5mm of freeplay at the lever when pulled. If the unit has been sitting this is not uncommon due to the plates sticking together from rust from condensation moisture inside the engine. especially in a humid enviornment. You can try riding the bike in first gear with the clutch pulled in snap the throttle open and closed quickly and repeatedly to attempt to break the plates free. Be care full and attempt in an open area where there is plenty of room. It can be a wild ride. If this does not work the clutch will need to be dissassembled, cleaned and reassembled as necessary. Also will need an oil change.
Change the clutch cable? How
once you change the clutch there are two adjusters , one up at the lever and one just before the bottom connector which pulls the clutch
No power.
I know you have cleaned the carb but ya gotta keep at it. The jets are not the problem. The problem is the little pilot circuits for low and early mid range fuel supply. Varnish or trash in the carb can be very hard to get rid of.
Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Any water or trash in the bowl? Drain a cup of gas from the tank. Any water or trash in the cup? Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ).
Remove the carb and then the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the idle screw and the air screw on the outside throat of the carb and spray into the screw holes as well. Be liberal with the spray. Also use compressed air to blow out the passage ways.

Be sure to put these two screws back in the same hole they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two screws down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each screw one and one half turns outward. Before putting the slide back into the carb, move the clip on the jet needle down one notch. Put the rest of the carb back together and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine. This process should get you back on the road.

Skyteam st125y dies on rev
I had the same problem with the same bike... if the bike is not very old then it should be the mixture gage which is a gold screw looking thing, on the right hand side of the bike, so it mite jus need adjusting and then need the throttle cable adjusting after as it changes the rev count aswell, jus keep adjusting it and then trying it again, if its reasonably old then it is most probably the carb. Hope this helped u out...
Starting is a problem uses 1 plug every week and backfires
You have to find a hotter plug or try and lower the voltage of your bike, which is next to impossible. But it can be done. the old cars had a voltage reducer on the coils, and when the car wouldn't start, you just jumped the wire on the reducer and off you went with a ton of power, unfortunately, the coil couldn't take the heat and would die in about 20 mins anyway. But the plugs, I had to switch to autolite on my bike , they work 10 times better than champions, NGK are about the best, and they have a good heat range.Check them out.
Carbeurator problem SKYTEAM ST125Y
there is a float in the carb, that pushes up a needle valve to shut the fuel off, There must be something, a little dirt or hair stopping the valve fully closing. The bottom of the carb must be removed and the valve cleaned, It is possible to buy a new needle valve if the problem persists.
You may be able to loosen carb clamps and twist it sideways to get the bottom off, otherwise the carb will need to come off, you should be able to leave the cable and slide installed.
4 stroke motorbikes
may be the oil/gas mix try using high octane gas ,or replace the plugs, some times they get fouled easy on a 4 stroke

My clutch isnt workin ..when u pull it it gets
if it is a liquid clutch, drain all the fluid out, use a low pressure air line to blow any contaminates out of the pipes. then replace the fluid with new fluid and bleed the system till all the air is out. if it is a cable clutch, check the inner cable for fraying,if it is not frayed then lubricate it with a light oil.
