Flooding kawasaki 250r wont start but has spark. whats wrong?
Any gas engine requires fuel, air, compression and a spark at the right time to work. You have fuel, you have a spark, what you need to check is air (check your air filter - usually forgotten about) and if that is OK, check that you have compression. If those two are ok, check the timing of your spark (depending on the motorcycle involved, that could be adjusted using the contact points gap).

What gage wire is on a stator for a Kawasaki bayou 220
I don't know and it is a difficult thing to measure due to the need to carefully remove the insulating varnish from half an inch of wire prior to measuring, but without removing any copper that would reduce the wire diameter.
There are companies all over the world specialising in rewinding motors, transformers and generators. I expect if you check your local Yellow Pages you will find one nearby - probably such a company will be able to answer your question...

Kawasaki ZX10R 1000cc 2005 converting the twin headlights to run as twin lights on low beam
This is not a complicated operation... IF your bikes electrical system will handle the added amperage and voltage draw...( IT MIGHT NOT!!)..You REALLY need to find out if the electrical system will handle this load..(ASK A PROFESSIONAL!) ... on low beam it might not be a problem,, but on high, the amp draw may be too much and run down your battery as you ride....
....you will need two separate headlights that have both a low beam and a high beam in the same light - AND that will fit in your housing. once you have found the lights its time for the wiring....find the + positive wire the controls the low beam and the + positive wire that controls the high beam.. Also you will need the "three wire" connector for the back of each light.. If you are competent with electrical stuff.. this should be no problem.. just run the low beam + to the correct connections in the plug and the same for the + high beam wires and the grounds..(they should have a connection from which they begin.. splice the two for each (low and high beam) and ground and run the correct wires to the correct connections in/at the plugs..PLEASE - talk to your local PRO before attempting this!!!
