Brand new battery ran out
I would check the output voltage of the regulator, if none or low, go to the altenator and check the diode pack.

Brand new battery not chargeing
If there weren't any problem with recharging the old one the new battery is probably defective, ask the seller to change it for a new piece. Otherwise it may be a problem with alternator (A.C. generator)
Flat spot off idle when cold.would like to know
hi,sounds like the bike is running a little to lean,it will take some mucking around but it is worth doing,buy yorself a set of main jets in steps of 5..ie if your bike has a 100 main,then go get them at 105,110,115,120,125 etc,and just keep swapping them out untill your flat spot disappears,the other option is lifting the needle valve in the carb slide it will achieve the same sort of result but you wont have the adjustment,,most bikes are set at the factory to an average atmosphere and that obviously changes with altitude,it shouldnt take much to get it right...cheers
My 2007 husqvarna is breaking the spark plug.
It sounds as if you have the wrong spark plug and it cannot handle the compression of your motor. Go to this site and get a freebie manual, it may have the necessary information so that you can cure it.

Huskt tc250 broken inner an outter case round kick start
Obviously, new casings would be the best option, but another option you have is to take the parts to a commercial welding shop and have them Heiliarc weld the casings. Alternate to that, you could try Googling motorcycle salvage Husqvarna to see if you can get some used parts. The bad thing about a busted inner casing is that you should change out the inner casings as a matched set. Sometimes the casings don't line up perfectly if only replacing one side and the result is shafts that freeze up when you tighten down the screws. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
Describe your how to kick
Ease the kick start lever just past TDC (top dead center) compression. This puts the piston on the downward power stroke. Twist the throttle one time. Now kick it over. Don't twist the gas with every subsequent kick. A power valve squirts gas with each twist and can flood the engine really quick. A fresh spark plug, clean air filter and good battery will also help. Drain the carb to be sure no water has gotten into it.
How do I change from KPH to MPh on 2009 TE250

I am assuming that the speedo for the 2009 TE250 works as for earlier models. Check out page 57 of this manual
here(right click and "save" ) Gives you the method for changing the miles to k/hr. There is a button on the rear of the unit that you need to depress for at least 5 seconds until the unit goes into "WS" mode, then change the settings with the front panel button as per the instructions. Press the right, then the left button and it should go into mph. Then press the rear button for 1 second to go back to operation mode.
