Nature of the beast. Might have a lumpy clutch disc. Wouldn't worry about it.

It won't run without it. It can't be bypassed. there are a few tamper proof bolts under the switch that require some special tools to remove.

Dunno - water in the gas or bad gas will do it every time. Drain the gas out of the tank and empty the carb. refill with fresh and run it. Some more info about what happened would be good too.

If it is a stock muffler then buy another stock muffler and put it on - they are ALL the same. Buell never changed the exhaust on the blast at all. If it is aftermarket(vance and hines) than you need to measure the pipe and find something that fits.

Check to make sure the carburetor is still in the rubber coupler that conntects the carb to the head. usually a good backfire is all that it takes to pop it out. if it is - simply loosen the clamp on the side that popped out and slide it back together and retighten it. start the bike and enjoy.

Its inside the black box that is next to where your right knee would be if you are sitting on the bike.

Need more info - a little history on the bike - what your doing to try to start it - when did it stop running - has it been sitting, did you have it serviced?

if bike is fuel injected or has electronic ignition it wont run with out battery

Te thrust bearing has worn out/broken by the sound of your description.

You have a bent shift fork. The engine must be torn down to replace the fork.

Just a wild guess with out seeing the bike, broken motor mount. A complete guess. best of luck

Hello chopper...glad to see a Buell owner, sorry to hear you are having problems. I have a 2000 Thunderbolt.
When you adjusted your clutch did you adjust it both places..one behind the rubber boot for cable adjustment and the other behind the primary cover?
Also check inside your primary and look for anything that might be rubbing where it shouldn't. New noises are often caused by a new occurence. Also look for metal shavings in your primary fluid and make sure it's full.
