Even i got the same issue. The problem is in fixing. The mechanic would have did some mistakes in screwing things up. sometimes the vibration ll controll as you drive some 500+kms. If it is not fixed give it to a authorized mechanic and reset the clutch plate settign. This ll work for sure. rate this!!
Yes thats what it sounds like,try to charge batt,may need new batt.Also when motor is running check volt reading on batt should read 13 to 14.5 volts,if not then problem with chargeing system.
It requires servicing. The tick over adjustment should have been carried out during the service. Take it back and get it adjusted. If it is naturally asperated with a carburetter it is a minor adjustment by way of a screw, if fuel injested, set up is acheived through the ECU. Hope that helps.

a silencer dent gives the bike character even a different zorst sound
can you buy a silencer protector for the 180?
might cover the dent
heating up and cooling it wont help much
you could try and cut out the dent and fit new metal
will look ugly
