I looked at the photos and I can't see the oil you refer to. There is a stain below the engine but also around the front tire. I think it is from the car normally parked in that spot, not from the bike. The engine looks clean as do the down tubes etc.. What you need to be sure of is that the bike shifts smoothly up and down the gears. Check all electrics; is everything fully operational? Does it start and run properly?
