Front caliper - Brake Pad Pin = 75-102 INCH lbs. Caliper to Fork Bolts = 28-38 FOOT lbs.

Front Axle = 60 to 65 foot pounds Front caliper banjo bolts = 17 to 19 foot pounds Front Brake disk screws = 16 to 29 foot pounds Front caliper mounting bolts = 28 to 38 foot pounds Front axle holder nuts = 132 to 180 inch pounds

bad solenoid

Remove the one screw at the back of the seat and then pull the seat rewards enough to release it from the front and then lift it off.

Must be based on mileage, accessories etc and on locale I suppose

Try a NEW set of HD spaqrk plugs. Even with new looking plugs this can be the problem.

POSSIBLE LOOSE CONNECTION FROM THE SOLENOID DOWN, THE EXCITER IS WORKING THATS THE CLICKING, CHECK FOR POWER AT THE POSSITIVE POST OF THE STARTER, MAKE SURE THE STARTER HAS A GOOD GROUND.
