of course you can but it take time money and imagination.suzuki gs500e swinging arm would be a good starting point

its solid and about.5mm but needs to be insulated with shellac or similar resinous material when being re wound

undo the wheel spindle and take it out undo the torque arm bolt undo the adjuster nut on the brake rod ,take the rear brake plate out of the wheel take the brake shoes off, undo the pinch bolt on the brake arm, push the brake arm pivot out and clean and grease it then re assemble it.

When your chain is worn the sprockets share the damage. If your chain was razor sharp or wearing unevenly: it's time to change : front sprocket (****** side) rear sprocket and use the proper size chain to match. They sell them in sets. It's quite possible only your chain may need to be changed . Inspect the sprockets! If you haven't done so, purchase a repair book for your bike and carry it with you. I believe it's around .021 inches if u get something close and figure out how much resistance (ohms) the coil ishould have then u wind until u get to the proper resistance.

Remove fork spring, prise up dust seal, you will then see a clip holding in the main seal, remove this clip, with the spring removed you will then use the fork stancion to remove the seal, holding the fork lower in one hand and the stancion in the other push down on the stancion untill it stops then pull it up sharply, and repeate this hammer action until the fork is sepparated and the seal will then be removed

This is a highly ill - eagle act to do. In the old days we would put an electric drill on the drive cable, but now they make them tamper proof so they only go one way. The bezels are crimped on so you can't get inside them. I expect modern one may be electronic. How will your insurance company know what mileage you have done? I have never known an insurance cancel or fine due to mileage. You should have just disconnected it when you got close to the limit. Buy a used one and use them for 6 months in turns. Make sure the fuel is getting to the valve and passing through it. Possible blockage in fuel line or in the tank.

It isn't called a Magneto, that was for really old bikes. It is a 'stator'. First make sure that the new battery has been fully charged and is not defective. Next make sure that the proper voltage is reaching the started. You may have a bad post connection or loose connection at the starter. Try jumping you battery with another known good battery.
