What are you trying to bypass???

I had the same problem on my ultra classic 2009 and it seems it is a kind of rust inside the control unit and i did cleaned it but it didn't work permanent and the only cure was to replaced the throttle control cable and i guess they call it fly by wire hope this will help

try checking the vent in the cap from your description it is starving for fuel under load

Once you have verified proper fluid level in the master cylinder, simply brake line with a new one, and rebuild or replace the caliper. Although the problem likely stemmed from an internally-deteriorated brake line, it may have caused damage to the caliper piston, so safety considerations dictate that you rebuild or replace the caliper as well. Also, just a procedural note, NEVER CRIMP THE BRAKE LINE WHEN SERVICING THE CALIPER. Simply plug the line end. (It is likely that the brake line was crimped during service at some point, ultimately leading to this failure.)

Remove the brake light wires from the switch, use one wrench to hold the fitting with and use another to loosen and renove the switch, replace the switch, install the two brake light wires, bleed the brakes and if you have ABS have a Harley dealer program the system after s brkae bleed etc.

Charging system is not providing necessary current and battery is getting draqined. Need to diagnose charging system and do a complete battery check at the same time.

Brake lights and running lights are two different circuits. Check the elements on the bulb to see if one element is burned out. If not check for an open in the running light wiring. Be sure the bulb is a two element bulb and that it is not installed in wrong sequence/position if it is a two contact socket which requiresa two contact bulb.

Go to HD dealership with bike serial number and order a new key
