crank seal is knackered. You need to remove the rotor using a puller andsee if theseal can be replaced without splittingthe crankcase?

No chance of the camshaft falling out??? And what on earth is a sprig?

clean the carb !

pull cover on magneto and check for loose pickup coil.

you need a bit more lead quick get you out of trouble gadget get a lead pencil and go over all the electrical connections including your spark plug then check your cdi, cdi pick up, coil, lead and spark plug the coil lead may need cutting back about 10mm

pull out the plug clean it off and while out crank it a few times do not give it any throttle action at all and whey you put it back in ,, in a few min close the choke and hit the throttle 1 time and it should start , start opening choke as it warms up

wow , alot of information here is it in neutral , ,does it have a chain on it and is the motor seized up or even in gear ,are the brakes locked up , could be a number of things , ck those things and get back on here ,these may be dumd answers but I have seen them all

If the one you bought is too big you need to get a 17mm centre one. 17t is the teeth and the next important bit is the pitch. either 420 or 428. You can check by measuring how thick your sprocket is at its widest point, 6mm is 420 7mm is 428 :)

make sure it has oil, low oil can cause overheating and thermal cutout

first try a new spark plug, if you get spark check gas filter, have spark ,have fuel, have timing it should start

Make sure oil level and viscosity is proper, clean out the head fins so engine can breath, lose some weight,(your too heavy for the bike), if water cooled? check rad-cooling fluid?

i say if it did not burn too long it should only be a carby and gaskets but i would take the carby off and have a look into the barrel this might give you a bit more of an idea cheers
