Does anybody know where I can get a head cylinder for a 2007 kymco venox 250cc

Try eBay or a motorcycle part finder site And on the problem of it reoccurring difficult to say as need to know what damage was caused to piston and valves Was it just one rocker arm that broke or is the other damaged did the timing jump and piston hit open valves driving them up and breaking arm and damaging cam shaft lobes You really need to find out why and how it happened As it may require a complete timing system replacement on that cylinder cam shafts , rocker arms , valves ,drive sprockets top and bottom , drive chain and a piston

The bike, while ridding just

I had something similar on a 600cc Honda. The choke cable had been caught under the tank and didn't retract properly. However if the bike has been sitting for a long time start by checking the plugs, then the air filter then the fuel filter if its easily accessible. Ok that's the obvious stuff out of the way fuel starvation can occur in older Kawasaki's where the carbs ice up. But I suspect if your bike hasnt been run much either the plug leads or coils are shot or one or more of the main jets in the carbs is blocked. Hope this helps Tim

How can I tell if "I" have a blown head gasket?

Find exactly where the fluid is leaking. It could be simply a fractured line. Is your oil okay? If not diluted with coolant then unlikely to be the head gasket. Not down on performance? Again unlikely it is the gasket.

Hi Small vacuum tube goes to the inlet manifold, safety device to prevent fuel flow when not in use.

Wont Start

There is one sparkplug at center front of engine and one at center rear. They are fairly easy to change. Just follow your spark plug wires. Did the vehicle set up for a long period and did you use a fuel stabilizer in the fuel.

If it idles and revs fine, then make sure there is no binding in the throttle cables. Turn your handlebars, right lock to left lock while twisting the throttle open to closed. Everything should operate smoothly.

Jumps out of 3rd gear

Jumping out of 3rd gear on a 250 Venox is a design fault. The prongs (3 of them) on the sliding gear that hook into the slots in the fixed gear giving you 3rd gear ratio, are 2.5mm (two point five) too short. The only possible solution is to make them longer. I did just that, making very sure shut all three prongs touch and transfer power when in gear after allembly, that is crucial. I did that mod 15000km ago and had no problems. Watch out for a hidden bolt under one of the timing chain tensioner/slider when splitting the box.

When I put my 250 Venox in gear the engine quits.

Either the clutch plates are stuck together (unlikely) or your side stand cut out switch or your clutch lever switch (on handlebar lever if fitted) is faulty
