What parts should be replaced when I strip down my carburetors of my zzr1100 as I have fuel in the crankcase.Could there be a problem with the fuel pump as well.Is there a kit for pump & carbs.

the only part that allows fuel to the crankcase is the needle and seat it may have dirt or a hair that is not allow the float to close of the needle properly so new needle and seat and correct float level adjustment is all that is required

1995 Kawasaki ZZR 1100 clutch fluid leaking

Follow the hydraulic clutch line to the slave cylinder on the left side of the motor. You should be able to see if it's leaking from there. If it is,remove the three bolts that hold the slave cylinder on. It should be dry behind there. If it's not, find a slave cylinder rebuild kit from K&L.

Hi I have a 1998 kawa 1100 zzr the problem is

Hey Heinrich, Sorry.. but it sounds like the problem is still your carburetors. I would replace the spark plugs AFTER you have a Qualified Professional clean and set your carburetors!! Also have the compression checked on all 4 cylinders....Sometimes low compression will cause a hard starting problem...

How do you solve the inacurate reading the ZZR 1100 fuel gauge gives.

The problem is the tank is not uniformly shaped, narrower near the bottom. As the fuel drops below the widest parts into the narrower parts, it drops faster. This is something you are probably going to have to live with.

Clean 1992 kawasaki zx11 carb

Sounds like the bike is struggling with being too lean. The choke richens the mixture by increasing the fuel to air ratio Often these old carbs get worn out and allow air in without going via the air box. However I would look over the bike and ensure all cables and things are working properly. Ensure all gaskets, gromets and surfaces are seated properly. Lastly cleaning the carb jets will ensure there are no blockages restricting fuel flow

Fairing removal

I would contact a Kawaski Ninja forum and see what is available. I joined one for one of my bikes and they had a video showing how to take it off. The forum I visited did not post it on youtube interestingly enough... Also you may want to try downloading a service manual. There are many sites like tradebit that offer these at $10. If you are willing to take the time here is one site that claims you may download for free; Kawasaki zx11 zzr1100 service manual
