Rebuilt and still smoking

how much smoke because 2 stroke engines do blow quite a lot of smoke it is normal as you mix oil with fuel to lube the cylinder walls and the piston

I have got a 04 husqvarna cr 125 when it starts you put it in gear and it runs backwards what do i need to do to fix it

Believe it or not some two stroke engines can run backwards. I had this happen years ago on a Yamaha 100. Just restart it again and see if is running the right way. You also can try push starting it to get it to run the right way. Ok course this is assuming that this just happened and you have not just completed a major repair. My bike only did it one time and it never happened again. I hope this helps. Rod

Clutch was slipping now cant get inti gear

did you replace clutch - plate bolt tension may be incorrect - if you messed with the cable adjustment - you may have it incorrect - I believe that if the cable is too loose then the clutch will not disengage, and the drag makes shifting a problem

I have an 04 husky

Some guys will tell you to go to 50-1. Don't. 40-1 would be okay. If that doesn't stop the fouling, go to a hotter spark plug. An example would be BR8ES to BR7ES. The lower the number, the hotter the plug. By the way, you ARE using two stroke ENGINE oil and not MOTOR oil aren't you??? Please rate my answer.

Would it be possible for

Yes 40 - 1 mix is a common race mix and if you dont do weekly maintenance and regular rebuilds you would be better at 32-1 33-1 mixes as this is more oil to fuel mix so better lube and lower burn temperature inside the motor.
when changing to higher oil mix make gradual changes to the fuel mix 1 tank at a time and record your ration as your bike will respond to the changes sometimes well sometimes bad but if you do small steps and record the result you will know what mix is best for your area and bike
In short the more oil you can give it and still ride well the better fore engine life (within reason) but you will lose some performance compared to less oil mix like 40 - 1 ratio (race mix)

CANT TELL MY YEAR ON

Just by looking at the vin number won't tell you the year of your bike. You need to write the vin number down and get on the phone with a dealer that operates your type of motorcycle manufacture. Tell them the vin number and then they can tell you what year it is.

EXCEPT If it isn't older than a 1983 you can use this method on all 17 digit vin numbers cars, bikes, atv's etc. code follows,count to the tenth digit,D IS 1983 E 84. F 85. G 86.H 87.J 88.K 89.L 90.M 91. N 92.P 93.R 94. S 95.T 96.V 97. W 98.X 99.Y 2000. 1 01. 2 02.3 03. 4 04. 5 05. 6 06.7 07. You sholdn't have any problem understanding this.

How much oil in the gear box of a 2002 cr125 (also % on gas mix

IF you are no riding bike on the trak an not clutching it much i would use a mix ov 40-1[120ml-5L] if on trck an making engine work hard then use 32-1. OIL-if you look to the left of the oil inlet benerth the water pump there is a nut undo it and when the oil stops flowing out then thats what u need in so try and judge it.

How to put a cr 125 motor together

WOW!!!!

Your best bet is to goto a Husky dealer and get a manual.

No way I could tell you hear step by step what to do to get it right.

I have raced Huskys since 1982, but to tell someone online what to do to put an engine together would be allmost impossible.
Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/sean_54c3a3dc48a7773c

Im having starting my bike but when its running

fuel settings, something up with choke mechanism, check there first.
Is it manual choke? if it is try starting it a few times with no choke then gradually increasing. If it isn't then try setting the idle a touch faster or slower depending on how it sounds when it is running at temperature
