I have a cpi oliver

I possibly have the same problem. I have narrowed it down to a fuel (lack of) problem. If you remove the seat and take off the vacum tube leading to the fuel tank cut off valve ( on the bottom of the fuel tank) you will be able to squirt a little fuel directly into the intake manifold, replace the tube and hopefully it will start instantly.no dought it will then stop repeat the process several times.
I suspect there is an electric soleniod system to deliver fuel on startup, I have dismantled the carb and am fairly sure the problem is with the electric needle system on the rear of the carb.
Hope it helps

Clutch problem on ccm r30

firstly check your cable adjuster to make sure the gremlins havent taken the slack out during your absence some gouls think this is a funny prank to play if this checks out ok have you given it a decent period of time for the oil to warm up & the clutch to operate properly oil becomes sticky after standing for a period of time creating a film between the friction & steel plates causing clutch slip usualy this can be rectified by simply changing the oil & filter

CCM 604e 2001..how to correctly adjust clutch cable, clutch drags

Turn the clutch adjustment bolt towards the clutch-lever surface all the way in-not too tight. Feel the lever pressure as crisp, engage the first gear, and see if the bike moves when you engage; stops when you dis-engage. Give the adjustment-bolt a couple outward turns, and see. Repeat procedure as necessary.

How to fill with oil

Whoa friend, calm down, we'll get thru this. Do you have an owners manual ? if not get one from your dealer they are an invaluable tool. You have either a dipstick or a sightglass 4 checking your oil level ,right? On top of the crankcase on either left or right side there is a plug w/ a handle on it
(kinda like a stove/oven knob only smaller) This is your dipstick or just a cover if you have a sightglass. It unscrews to reveal a hole...THIS is where you pour in your oil....do not over fill....Good Luck to you my friend.....Tim

Tyres

One of the most popular tyres now is the Maxxis Goldspeed. These are great tyres and come in various compounds from street compound to ultra soft. Street Sports are a superb compromise for riders who don't compete on track. They deliver great performance and grip and are fantastic value for money. Same pattern as the race intermediates but manufactured with a road compound for extra mileage.,,

Oil pressure light

Nope .. no oil pressure light and no oil pressure switch for that matter. You would notice if you drop oil (especially all of it ) as you will either be wearing it on your boots and trousers and slip over when you get off the bike ... or it'll get on the back tyre and you'll fall off and wonder why. Why not just check the oil level in the handy sight glass every once in a while
