If you use a Toyota 4K engine, most manufacturers both engine and oil companies recommend a 20W-50 GRADE motor oil. We recommend Castrol. However, Castrol is kinda expensive. Try Petron Philippines products that can be purchased at their gasoline station shops. Castrol ranges from 800-850 (4-liters) while Petron oil products ranges from 490-550 only (4 liters). They both share the same addtives for 20W-50 oil grade.

Blown fusible link can be the problem.Take all the fuses out and spray contact clean on all fuse connections ,then reinstall fuses after a light sanding with fine sand paper.You can make a new fusible link by wiring in an inline fuse.If you don't know the amperage of the blown fusible link,go with a 20 amp fuse if it's for the lights. Wow. Good question. If you can get a hold of the schematic for your car you can check out the components that are in the path that turn on those two indicators. And since both are operating improperly at same time it has to be something that they both share in common.

Do you have a check engine light on? If you do, go pull the codes and post them. That's always the first place to start. Anything until then is just a guess. Crank sensor, cam sensor, fuel pump, vacuum leak, so many possibilities. Let me know if you get the codes.
