Check all the vacumn hoses first ,its showing a 1985 model on here so is it a carb or mono point fuel injection ?

If I am not mistaken there are two. One under the drivers side dash. The other is under the hood. I think that there are two fuses up under the passengerside dash that go to something, but I cant remember off the top of my head. If I had a wiring schematic in front of me it would help. What kind of problem are you experiencing?

Sometimes its a fuse. if not it may be the sensor you you will have to replace the sensor first to find out.

Your mechanics are either stupid or are playing stupid. Its to raise the idle speed when there is high power steering pressure. Like when you turn the steering wheel, the pressure goes up, and it raises the engine idle speed. Find one in a junkyard, They have U-Pull IT yards around here, you can get one cheap.

For many of the 90's and 2000's Toyota various models - Camry, Tacoma, 4 Runners, Corolla, and some other models it is usually caused by temperature sensitive fan switch on the radiator not operating. Electric fan on the radiator should operate when temp above 200 degrees. Less often the control relay 90987-03003 is defective. Check if bubbling in the radiator smells like exhaust. That would indicate a blown head gasket. A jumper wire from your marker light positive to the lower contact in the fan control relay socket will operate your fan when parking lights are on. The larger vehicles with more powerful radiator fans will need a hefty jumper from a headlight positive to avoid overheating the lighting wiring. Make sure the engine is off and warmed up to check the radiator core with your hand to see if it is getting circulation. If it is all cold the thermostat might be stuck.

You may need another speedometer. The speed sensor sends a signal to both the speedo and the odometer. So if the sensor fails, both meters would stop working.The speedo gets power from the same circuit as the warning lights.

It sounds like the timing belt may have slipped on the sprockets, check the timing belt .

The horn is behind the grill in front of the radiator.

Cheapest way would be to really look for a locksmith that can either reproduce your original keys manually(handmade) or through machine that can regenerate your original keys otherwise you'll have to replace new sets of door keys locking mechanism and new set of ignition switch that may be adopted to your steering columns locking devices.

1993 toyota 22re,fuel filter replacement,disconnect positive cable from battery, remove starter, then you'll have access to filter. Easiest way to do it.

Here are the torque specs you requested: MAIN BRG CAPS= 29FT/LBS THEN TIGHTEN AN ADDITIONAL 90 DEGREES in sequence(two step process) ROD BEARING CAPS= 18 FT/LBS CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS= 29FT/LBS + 90 degrees + another 90 degrees in sequence from the center out ward, (3 step process).
