With a 5/8 inch spark plug socket and a rachet. simply pull the wire off of the plug, change the plug , then push the wire back onto the plug.

I hate to even ask, why you would ask,I don't want to be
sarcastic, but you surely can see them & working on
spark plugs, on what I assume is a V6 or V8 chevy ,has
been the same for 50 years !

So what is the problem?
Not enough tools,clearance issues

2002 Chevy Silverado Z71 4.6 4x4 step side. Why does my oil pressure gauge rev up when I rev the motor in park.

Because revving the motor makes the oil pump spin faster and therefore increases pressure. It should be stable and within specs when you are at cruising speed.

Just changed spark plugs on my 2004 chevy z71 4x4 truck model #15753 and it smells of gas and has no power

Sounds like the plugs haven't got the correct gap meaning low spark. Check the gap and make sure it's to spec

I have 2004 chevy z71 and i just changed spark plugs and smells of gas and has no power while driving

Sounds like you may have crossed a spark plug wire . Check and make sure the correct wire is on the correct plug. Also make sure the plug wires are seated properly. If all that checks ok then pull each plug and make sure none are damaged.

I own a 2001 chevy siverado z71 4x4 v8 4.8 vortec engine, Is not starting changed battery, alternator, spark plugs, and the starter is spinning the serpintine belt and its still not starting What else could...

If the engine is turning over than none of the things you replaced will make the engine"start". You will need to check for fuel pressure and spark first.

The stepping motors in the gauges go bad. do a search on ebay for CHEVY SILVERADO INSTRUMENT CLUSTER for cheaper repair options. The dealer charges around $300.00. It will continue to worsen.
