Does it vibrate at highway speeds or sitting still at idle? the highway speed vibration could be tires out of balance. the idle speed vibration could be weak engine mount or idle speed too low.

If the car manufactured in 10/93, is this considered to be a 94? what is the manufactured cut-off date?

September is the norm for the new model year.

Sometimes there can be variation on the date.

There are three ways to tell what year your vehicle is.

1. The manufacture date which you have.
2. The 10 digit of the vin number. A "P" is a 93, an "R" is a 94.
3. There is an emissions sticker attached to the under side of the hood. It will say something to the effect "this vehicle meets federal emissions standards for the 1993 or 1994 model year"

If all else fails you can call your local Honda dealer and give them the VIN number and they will be able to determine the correct model year of your vehicle.

I replaced the battery on my 2008 Honda Civic & now I have an error code 9 on the radio which does not work. How do I reset the clock & radio?

you will have to check your glovebox for manualy, there is also a card with the radio code, if you cant find it then the radio has to be removed to get serail # and then call the dealer; they will give you the code.

At how many miles should you change the timing belt on a 2004 honda civic?

7 years or:
Replace the belt at 60,000 miles (100,000 km) if you regularly drive your vehicle in one or more of these conditions: in very high temperatures (over 110°F, 43°C) or in very low temperatures (under 20°F, 29°C).

Changing of timing belt and automatice gear box oil.

If it is a timing belt and not a chain, the book suggest 4-7 years. If the belt does not look worn or cracked, than I wouldn't worry about it. If it looks like it needs to be changed soon, than it is probably that time to be changed

The transmisson fluid and filter should be changed ever 2 years.
