SOURCE: won't open my door when
can you manually unlock the lock and open the door?? Is it more than one door or just one specific door? If its just one door, yourcactuator inside the door may be bad or you have a wire issue. If its all the doors, more than likely you blew a fuse or a relay(id say fuse)
SOURCE: Just replaced the battery, now the car won't
You most likely have an aftermarket fob and remote start unit. What is the brand on the back of your key fob?You will have to get the proper reset and registration procedures for the particular unit installed in your car to make your key work normally.

My first concern is that if these things are all just now happening at once, your battery may have become so weak, it's just unable to fulfill your request...
I would highly recommend checking all your fueses as well as any Maxi fuses under the hood, not just the fuses panels under the dash... If your'e lucky a fuse may be sitting tilted in the socket or simply burning out.
It could be helpful to know if anything has been done to alter teh cars wiring, such as a new stereo or speakers or amplifier being installed as it may have been done improperly. That is to say if this is a recent problem that has begun to happen, or each of these things have been going out for awhile...
I'm sure many will suggest you may have a short in your wiring... That may be true and can be a long tedious task to track down and isolate...
So, I strongly urge you to consider a NEW BATTERY. Clean Battery Cables, making sure there is no corrosion (That could cause all these things) And be sure to check all fuses. That means pulling them and visially inspecting them to make sure they are not burnt or broken.
On that note, I have replaced fuses that looked fine and the problems went away... Keep in mind how some if not many or even all of those are possibly 10 years old... They are a cheap fix... Even if you replaced each and everyone.
If you have a Keyfob that is not unlocking, locking arming the car whatever, Consider also changing the battery in it at a minimum of once a year. I think it is recommended every 6 months. But that is usually dependant on use.
If all the fuses are good and you have installed a new battery and these things are not working, you could be looking at the actual window lift motor going out and even the door lock switch burning out. Some things you can have tested and others are typically cheap enough to replace. But I would investigate looking into these, having them tested, prior to chasing a fantom wire short, which may or may not be present at all...
Even buying a second hand part at a U-pull it can be quicker, cheaper and easier verification process than chasing a short which may not be...
Good Luck to you and Happy Motoring...
Respectfully
