C/E light on for 1 code P0741, changed TCC solenoid, trans fluid, filter why would the transmission stop going into gear after previously shifting beautifully with no slipping or any issues at all.

Just because you installed a new part, do not assume it can't be bad. This happens alot with aftermarket parts. When you change just a minor part and a problem develops, good idea to double check both your work and the new parts.

Took apart carburetor and can not get it back together

Your best bet would be to go to the auto parts store and get a rebuild kit for your carburator. You can't reuse carb gaskets anyway and the kit will include a blow up diagram of the carb with the parts that need to be replaced and steps to make sure you have the proper settings inside.
Carburators are precise so all measurements they give you in that kit are exact.Take your time. If you took the idle screws out of the front be very careful when you put them back in. Just turn them until the stop, DO NOT tighten them after they stop on the seat. They are soft and will lose their shape, making it hard to properly adjust. Hope this helps and good luck.

My uncle replaced the blown head gasket but now he doesn't have time to put back the parts he took off the car to replace the blown head gasket and my fiance's dad is willing to put it back together but he...

hard to say how far your uncle has gone with it, the best advice I can give is shoot down to a parts store and buy a $15 mechanics manual for it, this will give you pics and instructions, you can be confident then too. All the best.

I cant get thegear box split to look inside

Hello. the reason it won't split is the bearings either side of the main shaft are pressed in. With a lot of force you will get it apart but you won't get it back together again. I have tried with a few gearbox's after I bought the replacement I forced it open. When they come apart a lot of part's. selector springs etc. fall out I don't know how they are put together put when they give problems they can't be fixed. If you have a replacement and just like to know what the inside look's like then force it. If you are trying to fix it then taking it apart is not a good idea.

Shifter linkage came apart from transmission shift arm

I had the same problem and also linkage inside the car. I took ball joint apart and cleaned the surface then put silicone inside ball joint. Joined the two together then I put plastic tie wraps for wiring around the ball joints, two per ball joint. Let sit for 24 hours and it worked. It is probably temporary but it got me out of a $165 an hour repair job 500 miles from home. Hope this works for you as it tightens up the linkage and worked great. CW
