Sounds like a possible short in the wiring or a possible grounding problem.

you could always goto a Oreilys, or auto Zone, they shoud have a Chilton's Or Hayes manual for your vehicle. As far as where to start looking I would consult a manual, as alot of the groundpoints are hidden without knowing exactly where they are.

Right turn signal wont work on my 2007 cadillac dtd

DTD ??? DTS
Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuits using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter ? Looking at a wiring diagram to see what all is involved in making the right turn signal work ? Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/ Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on lighting ,then under subsystem click on turn signal lamps . Click the search button then the blue link . Looking at the diagram for the turn signals i see the turn signal switch is a input to the BCM - body control module . The turn signals are controlled by the BCM . Having a professional scan tool to check input data to the BCM an out put control for the turn lamps on the right side would save time .

Turn Signal Lamps
Battery voltage supplied to the body control module (BCM) from the fuses listed below is used for turn signal and hazard lamp operation.
• LT TRN/SIG fuse for the left turn signals
• CTSY/RF TRN fuse for the right front turn signal
• RR TRN/SIG fuse for the right rear turn signal
When the turn signal switch is place in either the LEFT or RIGHT position, ground from G300 is applied through the turn signal switch signal circuit to the BCM indicating the turn signal request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies a pulsating voltage to the front and rear turn signal lamps supply voltage circuits cycling the lamps ON and OFF. At the same time the BCM sends a GMLAN serial data message to the instrument panel cluster (IPC) to cycle the appropriate turn signal indicator ON and OFF.
Ground for the turn signal lamps is supplied as follows:
• G104 provides ground for the left and right front turn signal lamps
• G402 provides ground for the left rear stop/tail/turn signal lamps
• G403 provides ground for the right rear stop/tail/turn signal lamps
• The driver door module (DDM) provides a low reference for the left outside rearview mirror turn signal
• The front passenger door module (FPDM) provides a low reference for the right outside rearview mirror turn signal

2010 Hyundai Elantra. Hazards work fine but no turn signals .. nothing happening inside on the dash or the outside. Put in a new LH tail light & fuse & it didn't fix it. Flasher relay problem?

Sounds like a faulty turn signal switch. If you checked all the fuses, and I would have even replaced them just to be sure. I had one years ago that looked good, but it was defective. If you need a new switch, check rocksuto.com
I find that they usually have the cheapest prices.

My right front turn signal not working the bulbs are good and so is the fuse but I don't have fire going to them it's a 2010 chevy 2500hd

You don't have fire , never heard it called that before ! Battery voltage , power but never fire ! An open CTSY fuse located in the I/P fuse block will affect the operation of the right front turn signal only
Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the BCM. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the BCM. The BCM then sends an ON-OFF voltage signal through the fuses to the appropriate turn signal and side repeater (export only) lamps or to all of the turn signal fuses for hazard operation. The driver door switch and passenger door switch also receive voltage from the BCM turn signal supply voltage circuits for the mirror turn signals. The door switches have no function or control of the mirror turn signals other than a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) receives the signals to activate the turn signal indicators over the GMLAN serial data system. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators.
Ground is applied at all times at G201 to the turn signal/multifunction switch. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON or START position. When the turn signal/multifunction switch is placed in either the TURN RIGHT or TURN LEFT position, ground is applied to the body control module (BCM) through either the right turn or left turn signal switch signal circuit. The BCM then applies a pulsating voltage to the front and rear turn signal lamps through their respective control circuits.

My turning signals don't blink on the outside and stays illuminated on the inside and also the front outside. My turning signal fuse is also well. I've noticed that my back up lights stopped working. Would...

Usually if you turn on your turn signal and it stays lit solid inside, it's telling you the bulb is bad in your turn signal outside. I would check your bulbs first. Same for the backup lights.

What make the turn signal stop blinking

check the lamps inside the turn signal housings on the side of the vehicle your trying to indicate........ie passenger side front and rear or driver side front and rear.

Also is it only one side, or both? when turn indicator is operated?
check fuse block to see if fuse is blown. owners manual will show a fuse box location and identify which fuse if for turn indicators
