Hesitation at a coplete stop when I press the gas pedal the vehicle does not move or hesitates real bad

Sounds like it may be a lean fuel issue . Although a bad spot in the throttle position sensor can cause a hesitation . Bad plugs, contaminated oxygen sensors and restricted injectors among other things can cause problems .

Or maybe the throttle cable needs replacing, or possibly the throttle body needs cleaned.

Sounds like your spark plugs need replaced. ( long shot answer)

If it does this only when warm then it may be the coil pack. To prove it you can warm the car's engine up and when the problem occurs, stop the engine and remove the coil pack. Place it in a bag if cool enough and place in the freezer, ensuring it can't get wet! Once cool, replace the coil pack and start the engine. If it's fine for a minute and then plays up, it's almost certainly the coil pack.

It can be fuel pressure issue or it's the problem with accelerator pedal or its clogged filters causing there.

sounds like low idle control sensor ! when car acting up could sstop by parts house get them to plug computer in and see if any codes have been stored even though the engine light not on at this time

You need to take it back to one of those mechanic and have them check out the tps sensers, or you can also have a bad gas padple.

sound like throttle position sensor.have it check out.also check air duct connected to mass air flow sensor and throttle body.if air duct is loose or off.it will cause severe hesitation.
