Http://www.torkspec.com/torkspecme.aspx?KI=12-4.3L-262ci-V6 Try this link out. It has various torque specs listed for the 4.3. Be sure to check the years to ensure it is the proper torque spec for your vehicle. Also this may not have all the torque specs you asked for, but I believe it has most of them.

Torque settings

depends on your engine. If it's a VW air cooled flat 4, the mains which also ties down the engine casings, is torqued to 35 ft lbs and the cyl heads to15 ft lbs.
On more modern engines the mains can be torqued to 65 ft lbs, the big ends to 45 ft lbs and the cyl head to anywhere between 30 to 45 ft lbs.
A common remark among mechanics is to turn them till they strip, then a quarter turn back. Don't follow this rule.

Cylinder head torque settings

Thread Head bolt torque and sequence
Read the threads, but it states:
According to my manual the removal and the replacement sequence are different. Removal (looking from the cam sprockets )
headbolt 1-3-9-5-7 are on the left and 2-4-10-9-8 are on the right. Remove in that progression.
Instillation 9-5-1-3-7 are on the left and 10-6-2-4-8 are on the right tighten in that order.
Tighten to 25Nm or 18 ft/lb. and retighten the cyl hd blt 70 deg plus 70 deg plus 50 deg using the angular torque guage KM-470-B.
Hope this helps. Might help to make a sketch and label the 5 headbolts on each side.

The cylinder head bolts are torqued in four steps.1-45 ft-lbs 2-65 ft-lbs 3-65 ft-lbs 4 1/4 additional turn after reaching torque specification. On the V-6 & V-8 the connecting rod cap nuts at 45 ft-lbs and the headbolts are torqued in two steps 1-50 ft-lbs and 2-105 ft-lbs. Hope this will help you.

Replacing head

There should be 10 headbolts. This vehicle uses torque to yield headbolts and should be replaced with the new gasket. Bolts 1-8 get torqued to 40 ft lbs initially, bolts 9 and 10 get torqued to 30 ft lbs initially, Then all bolts get turned an additional 90 degrees. I would strongly suggest borrowing a torque angle gauge for doing this or you might be doing the same repair next week.
