Does anyone know where I can get online information about how to remove posi-traction from a 1994 Cherokee Laredo? A schematic diagram would be wonderful also. (I'm asking for a friend who's a wizard with cars but not computers.) Thank you!!

That information isn't available. You would be better parting it out for spares. The fires will have caused damage that is not cost effective to fix.

most traction control are automatic. but it is 4x4 so you really dont have to worry about the traction control.

You can go to autozone.com and register for full free online repair manual that has the diagrams you need and everything else you could want.

I believe it's one of your relays too. There are a few relays under the glove box. If you can determine which one is clicking you can change it out and possibly solve your problem. Good luck...

If you intend to keep the vehicle long term, I would suggest you invest in a Haynes Manual, That is worth its weight in gold, for this and any other project..

I have a 1994 jeep laredo. When I make a u turn there's a loud sound while making the turn and the car starts skipping until I turn the wheel straight. What causes that?
