2010 GWM Florid Crossover hatchback is loosing power while driving. What might be the problem?

There can be several reasons for a GWM Florid Crossover hatchback to lose power while driving and display a service light on the dashboard. Some possible causes could be:
  1. Fuel system issues: A clogged fuel filter, malfunctioning fuel pump, or a problem with the fuel injectors can restrict the flow of fuel to the engine, leading to a loss of power.
  2. Ignition system problems: Faulty ignition coils, spark plugs, or ignition cables can result in misfires or weak spark, causing power loss.
  3. Sensor malfunction: Issues with sensors like the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor or Oxygen (O2) sensor can disrupt the fuel-to-air ratio, resulting in decreased engine performance.
  4. Exhaust system concerns: A clogged catalytic converter or restricted exhaust flow can cause a decrease in power output.
  5. Electrical issues: Problems with the battery, alternator, or wiring can affect the vehicle's electrical system, leading to power loss.
  6. Transmission problems: If there is a fault with the transmission, such as slipping gears or a failing clutch, it can result in a loss of power while driving.
Given the presence of the service light on the dashboard, it is recommended to have the vehicle diagnosed by a qualified mechanic or service center. They can use diagnostic equipment to read the trouble codes stored in the vehicle's computer system, which will provide more specific information about the underlying problem causing the power loss.

Have a 2010 nissan altima when driving in highway it drives good but when i come out of highway and make a light stop cars starts to shake and rpm goes up and down what's wrong

When the vehicle stays in overdrive because the switch on the brake pedal is out of adjustment, at low speed engine is being lugged down and that's why it shakes like that. If your vehicle has an overdrive button to turn it off and on, when your coming to a stop, turn the OD off and see the difference. Get the overdrive switch on the brake lever adjusted or replaced.

Have a 2003 2.5l v6 landrover freelander has recently had a major decrease in power when accelerating and shake at certain speeds exaust has gotten louder has the ecatalytic gone bad

Is the check engine light on / flashing? You may have a cylinder misfire. This will cause lack of power and the engine to shake. If light is on, have the codes scanned to point you in the right direction. If light not on, you may have a problem with the exhaust system getting plugged and not breathing correctly causing high back pressure. Most trained technicians can test drive the vehicle and tell if there is a restriction in the exhaust as well by performing a back pressure test to verify.

Service engine light constantly blinking when driving. Going up a hill acts like it don't want to pull. car pooting while I excellerate the engine. I smell like something in my exhaust.

A flashing engine light is an indication of a cylinder misfire. You need to scan engine codes to determine which cylinder is giving you the problem. Most likely a spark plug or ignition wire issue. Possibly an injector issue. If the vehicle is high mileage it may be time for a tune up which will address this misfire issue

Inspect and clean IAC valve (idle air control valve), replace if necessary. If IAC is Ok, please provide additional info!! Does your vehicle experience random or repeated hard starts?? Is your "service engine soon" light on?? These vehicles are known for faulty crank position sensor, usual symptoms are: hard starts, random/constant stalls, SES light on, misfire or no start. Some or all symptoms may or may not occur simultaneously.

when a check engine light blinks it indicates a catalyst damaging misfire. vehicle should not be driven when it is blinking. possible problems for the misfire could be easy like worn spark plugs or more difficult like mechanical issues with valves or bad compression.
