Fuse box please tell me where the fuse box is on a ford crown vic 1988? I dont have a clue

It is directly underneath the steering column .... there is a panel there that has two finger screws that must be removed in order to get to the fuse box. Once the panel is removed, you will see the fuse box right there.

There are three fuse's for the instrument cluster , all located in the central junction box (fuse panel ) inside the vehicle ,under the dash !
Fuse # 14 a 10 amp , fuse # 23 15amp. and #6 15amp . Look behind right and left kick panel . But i don't think this is a fuse problem , gauge itself could be bad .

No parking lights and dashboard lights in a 1988 ford crown victoria wagon... in need of diagram for the fuse box, unless problem is else where. the fuse box diagram would help either way.....
obtain a fuse tester and test the fuses to the left under the steering column. unless you have a the chilton/hanes/owner manual that will tell you the direct fuse. the fuse is definately out. the fuse controls those exact lights.

How do i disable the horn on my 1988 crown victoria
Remove the horn relay.

To find the horn relay:
"look under the hood on the left, front side of the car there's a somewhat triangle shaped box with fuses in it. It has 1 latch @ the top(left side of the box) & 2 latches @ the bottom(right side of the box). Open & pull off top. Under top will be names of the fuses & relays you will need to take it out and take it with you to the parts store so they can match it up with one they have they may have to order it call first. "
