When you say the ac is not working, do you mean the blower or the compressor is not engaging. If the compressor is not engaging, the system is low on refrigerant and needs to be checked for leaks and recharged. If the blower is not working, it will most likely be the resistors in the multiple speed switch.
did you replace and/or resurface the rotors??
a warped rotor will cause vibration and/or pulsating in the pedal!!
fuse # 16 is for cigar lighter/ flasher relays!!
