SOURCE: does a honda prelude have main crank shells

Hello,
The engine described has Crank shells but is is more likely to be the big end (Con Rod) shell or shells worn.
If the vehicle is driven with this fault it may throw a leg out the bed i.e. Snap the con rod sending the other half through the crankcase there by completely totalling the bottom half of the engine.

Got a d15b block for my 95 Honda civic ex. Ordered main bearings and they don't match up to mine. I believe this new block to be a Japanese block. What main bearings will fit it?

I wish it were that easy. First, you need the service manual. You need to write down the exact model of your engine (d15b7?). To get the main bearings, you need to write down the letter/number combination in the bell housing area. Then, you need all the numbers/ letters off the crankshaft. Take them down to the dealer and they can match them up to "colors." You have to order bearings by color from the dealer. That is the only way you will get the right stuff. If you want rod bearings too, then you need the number/letter off each rod also....

How do i put in the code for a 1995 honda prelude

Check in your owner's manual packet. In my Audi, there was a supplemental guidebook for the audio system, and the security code was on a card in that packet. If it's not in there, you can go to the dealership with the car to get it - they can look it up based on the VIN of the vehicle.

You'll need the title to the vehicle (to prove it's your car), photo ID (to match you to the name on the title), and the car itself. The dealer will then put the code in for you (make sure they give you the code written down, and show you how to enter it for the next time you need it). The downside to this is that they'll probably charge you labor for doing this.
