SOURCE: hyundai elantra GT 2003 electrical problem (mirror, gauge, clock

Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

SOURCE: The saloon lights fuse 10a in the Hyundai accent blowing

it wont be an overload, more likely a short, check saloon and boot light bulbs, boot light switch, door switches, looking for a broken switch or loose wire

SOURCE: Clock and Radio are not working

check all your fuses and relays that would be a good start and if that dont work take it to a certified mechanic who specializes in electrical or last resort take it in to the dealer and let them figure it out.

This sounds like a fuse may have blown, check all the fuses while you are checking them also check under the hood for 2nd fuse /relay box and check those as well, good luck,

Just bought a used truck it is a 1995 full size chevrolet it has a theft lock radio but does not work, the radio will not show any display not loc r lock there is a button u push it will show u the time...

If the clock will display for a few seconds that means it,(the clock) has power, and perhaps the entire unit. However, if the anti-theft is engaged, a dealer will be in your future. It will take them about a minute to un-lock the radio, or they will know if the radio no longer works.

I have 2 wires coming from the positive battery terminal. The first wire goes underneath the car to the starter. The second wire is separated at what appears to be a fuse link which goes into the drivers...

Hi, this second wire is a permanent live feed for inside the car, the things it runs are things like the stereo all its their for is so the stereo dont lose any stations that you have stored into the memory other than that their isnt much else it runs, maybe the clock, you could check by seeing what isnt working when the key is out, check the clock and stereo, if the stereo works with the key out then it must have its own live feed.

the chances are it wont work and you will lose the preset saved stations.

i hope that has given you some idea of what its for.

please let me know if you need further assistance.

plz can you rate this post as i have pages of unrated posts, thanks

Airbag light flashing 4-2code dont know what it means or whats wrong, do you or anyone know what it means?

Flash Code 42 is for the driver's airbag circuit. Most common problem is with the clock spring or another term is the sliding contact. This is not something you should mess with if you dont know what your doing. As testing wrong can set off the airbag. If you choose to take it apart look for a bad connection, maybe just a wire popped off behind the bag but again caution as these are very dangerous 200 mph deployment! It can kill.

2006 grand cherokee cd player dont work

There are two power sources for your radio...one is full time and powers the clock, the other is on the accessory side...only hot with key on. check that power supply. Remember...fuses dont wear out...they blow for a reason. If you find a faulty fuse replace it...if it blows again, it is because there if a fault somewhere.
