93-gmc c-1500 pick-up

Sounds like your injectors are not metering fuel. If I remember correctly, your system is fired off of the ignition module. This would at least be a good place to start.

Check your spark plugs if you smell gas then it's flooded. If not trouble shoot back to your gas tank.

A bad starter motor maybe drawing to much current. Have it checked.

The crankshaft position sensor is located on the right-side (passenger side) of the engine. At the rear of the engine, behind the starter. You need to remove the starter to remove the crank sensor. Remember to disconnect the battery first. The starter can short against the cross member.

should be by the crankshaft pulley front bottom of engine

Check the fuel lines and make sure pressure relief cap is tight. try a new fuel filter.

Check your fuel regulator and replace the injectors.

have it tested using a manual gage if still low then main baring ore most likely bad that would mean a over hall if is really low and bearings bad should be making rattle noise when started up first few seconds

check the ignition coil pick up
