I believe these rotors can be replaced by removing the hub retaining nut. You will need a big socket (about 36mm) and a long flex handle (or really big muscles..)
Make sure the MAF sensor is properly connected. It plugs into the air cleaner housing and is easily damaged and will definitely cause a rough idle. Next- check the idle air control motor on the throttle housing. If these are not the problem make sure the throttle position sensor is working properly. If none of these work-your engine may be worn out...
