2000 Chrysler cirrus idler pulley replacement

what engine is there? we can/t see it/ so....
7 engines used on this car. day1 new,(opted)
post the cars vin minus last 5 digits, and engine code is seen. by me.
the Serp belt I presume
not putting in new belt?, so mark the old belt for direction first.
some of the 7 have 3 belts.
most of them need only a 3/8" breaker bar.
the 3.0L needs special. spec belt tension tool.
or
Tighten the tensioner adjusting bolt until the belt reaches 176-221 lbs. (785-981 N) of tension or 0.24-0.30 inches (6.2-7.6mm) of deflection
not doing all 7 engines me sorry

or buy the service manual
or get a shop to do it
or post the vin and I tell you what is there.
or go on line, www, and google VIN decoder
it then tells you the engine there.

Instructions and torque specs for a timing belt but 05 Chevy Aveo

You will need the timing lock device that locks the crank and cam shafts for when you remove the old belt, (maybe able to hire one perhaps). The new belt will include markings and a water pump.
If you have never replaced one before, prepare to pay a garage a lot of money to put it right for you.

How do I replace the timing belt?

Put engine on TDC compression stroke. Remove all that is in the way. Lock cams in place with special tool or use rags on non-machined part of cams. Remove belt tensioner, remove and replace belt per instructions that come with new belt. Install new tensioner, unlock cams, reassemble. For better instructions, buy a cheap shop manual that will have photos and torque specs.

Putting spark plugs in a charad 1997 wat is the firing order they go in please

Dont tell me you removed all the wires at once without marking them? :O
The best advise for that is, to remove one wire and plug at a time then replace the plug, and connect the wire back in place to avoid mix ups...
I have spec tables for that car, but you need to help me with the model, whats the year model, 92 or 97?

1998 Explorer: how do i fix the timing belt...

Remove your radiator, water pump, and anything else blocking the front of the engine. remove the timing belt cover and there is the belt. The best advice I can give on exact specs is to purchase a Haynes manual. It will give exact specs on lining up timing marks, resetting the timing, and torque specs of all things involved
